St. Philip’s High School was initiated by Rev. Fr. Firman Jans OFM and Rev. Fr. Alban. M. Nobet OFM, Cap. The building steps were taken by Rev. Fr. Victor John OFM , later it was inaugurated by his Grace Archbishop Simeon A. Pereira .
