As we all are agreed schooling is our initial encounter with the world. It is a time of joy, healthy competition, fear, adjustment, sharing, and love. It is not the wide-open spaces, classrooms, the laboratory, or the large play ground that makes the school special. The true institution exists because it is the heart of the students and the staff.

The academic analysts reflect that the youth of a generation is likely to be more exposed to violence and deviant behavior. The declining trend is of deep concern to both parents and educators, and we must find possible & suitable solutions, to this emerging serious problem.

Learning is life long process, which doesn’t end with the accomplishment of academic goals. It has been, indeed, a process that continuous for whole life of a person.
